Larita oversees all financial management functions at Partners, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, audits, and tax compliance. She also heads human resources and general office administration, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with Partners’ strategic objectives. She is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional and has completed comprehensive leadership training programs. Prior to joining Partners, she spent more than a decade with the American Psychological Association, where she managed the finances of a 501(c)(6) subsidiary.

Larita serves on the board of Charter School Finance and Development and is actively involved with her church, where she chairs its board of trustees. She previously served as president of the Maya Angelou French Immersion PTSA and as an officer of the Julia West Hamilton League, a community organization focused on expanding educational opportunities in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Howard University.
